Webinar bookings are non-refundable once payment is completed.
If you are unable to attend a live session, you may request:
Access to the next scheduled session (if available), OR
Access to the recording (if provided).
Requests must be made at least 12 hours before the webinar start time.
No refund will be issued for missed sessions due to user-side issues (internet, device, late joining, etc.).
If you are charged twice or made an accidental duplicate payment:
Contact us within 48 hours with payment proof.
After verification, eligible duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
If your payment was deducted but access was not granted:
Contact us with transaction details.
After verification, we will either:
Grant access, OR
Process a refund (if payment was not received successfully).
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider and bank processing time.
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
Change of mind after purchase
Lack of results or personal expectations
Failure to attend webinar without prior notice
Technical issues on user side (internet/device)
Violation of terms or misuse of content
If a webinar is cancelled or rescheduled by Monkverse Media:
You will receive:
Rescheduled session access, OR
Full refund (if reschedule not suitable).
Refund eligibility is subject to verification.
